ECTARC has a dedicated team of Training & Development Officers and staff who aim to provide a high quality training experience for every student, so they gain the required skills and knowledge to deliver high quality education and care to children in the workplace. The Training & Development Officers are qualified and have many years experience working in the early childhood industry. As well, all Training & Development Officers hold the additional qualification of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

ECTARC won the 2006 & 2007 NSW Training Awards Small Training Provider of the Year award and the 2007 Innovative Business Award at the 2007 Australian Training Awards. ECTARC was also a 2007 National Finalist and 2005 State Finalist for the Small Training Provider of the Year award. These awards reflect the dedication and passion for high quality early childhood training that is the core of the ECTARC organisation.
