National Quality Framework

It has three parts: A National Quality Standard-gives family’s clear information about the quality of early childhood education and school age care services they can expect to receive. A National Quality Rating System-Consists of five levels, including a quality rating for seven key areas of childhood development An Early Years Learning Framework-forms the foundation for ensuring that children in all early childhood education and care setting experience quality teaching and learning.
