At Keiraview we envision a place where all children and families feel a secure sense of belonging. By providing a safe, respectful and supportive environment we strive to develop meaningful experiences that extend and enrich children’s learning from birth to five years and through the transition to school.
Keiraview prides itself on having strong relationships with each child and their family, ensuring that open communication is a daily ritual.
Each day staff take the time to ensure you are advised on your child's day, through verbal communication as well as the visual diary where you can find snippets and photographs of the experiences your child has been involved in. The best possible outcomes happen when we work together, so please share as much information as you can about you child, to ensure his/her needs are being met.
We hope you and your child are already establishing a great sense of belonging at Keiraview and please do not hesitate to ask the staff any questions or queries you may have.
In 2011, Keiraview has begun the implementation of the EYLF into our curriculum.
The Early Years Learning Framework describes childhood as time of Belonging, Being and Becoming. Using the EYLF our staff will observe your child's learning so they can build upon and plan for the next steps. We will document this process in your child's individual portfolios which will be available for your viewing at all times.
